# Fees

There are three types of fees:

# Platform fees (TBD)

# Sponsors

All platform fees are directed to Nayms, Ltd and include the following:

• Account one-time setup fee. $25,000 for Launch Program participants (includes up to three user profiles on the platform and a fully operational Account)

• Annual account renewal fee. $10,000 per year.

# Non Sponsors

Platform license fee - $10,000 per year or $1,000 per month for up to three user profiles for all service providers except Sponsors.

# Commissions on policy premiums

Account management commission - 3% of premium volume.

# Trading Fee

Trading Fees - .3% on all secondary market transactions. Initial Capitalization Fee - 1% on all primary market transactions.
